The Largo Isarco / Spectrum collection brings together works developed across different periods of Calle Henzel’s practice, tracing recurring interests in materiality, process, abstraction, and transformation. Rather than following a single aesthetic direction, the collection reflects a range of approaches shaped by experimentation, observation, and the continual reworking of visual ideas.
Drawing from an extensive archive of original artworks, including drawings, collages, paintings, sketches, and mixed-media works, the collection translates two-dimensional compositions into hand-knotted rugs with material depth and presence.
